- Prepare of Bahab A:.
- Prepare 100 gr of sagu tani.
- It's 1 sdt of fanely.
- Prepare 50 gr of terigu.
- You need 1 sdm of margarin (dicairkan).

- You need of Bahan B:.
- It's 100 gr of gula pasir.
- You need 1/2 sdt of garam.
- It's 200 ml of air santan.
- It's 5 lembar of daun jeruk (dirobek).
- It's 2 batang of sereh (digeprek).
- Prepare of Bahan Biang :.
- You need 1 sdm of gula pasir.
- Prepare 1 sdt of fermipan.
- You need 50 ml of air hangat.
Bika ambon mini instructions
- Masukan bahan B masak hingga mendidih,angkat lalu tunggu sampai suhu ruang (hangat2 kuku).
- Masukan bahan biang dan tunggu sampai 10-15menit.
- Masukan bahan A aduk rata tuangkan sedikit2 bahan B hingga dicampur rata,lalu masukan telur lalu dikocok,serta jgn lupa bahan biang dan margarin yg dicairkan di aduk biar rata lalu tunggu 1jam ditutup dgn kain/plasik..
- Panaskan loyang dengan api kecil.klo uda panas aduk adonan lalu tuang ke loyang 3/4..
- Tunggu hingga berbui lalu tutup dan tunggu hingga matang..
- Siap disajikan.
